Morning Mojo: Lemon Ginger (Detox)
  • 12 oz. glass of water (at room temperature)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Either: grated½ inch knob of ginger root OR pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix the ingredients and enjoy!
Starting your day with lemon and ginger water is a simple yet powerful way to detox and kickstart your metabolism. Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help flush out toxins and support your immune system. It also promotes hydration, alkalizes the body, and aids digestion. Ginger, on the other hand, has anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates digestion by boosting enzyme activity, which can enhance metabolism. Together, lemon and ginger help cleanse your liver, improve gut health, and rev up your body’s fat-burning processes, setting a healthy tone for the rest of your day.

Superhero Hydration Juice
**1-2 servings
DRY Ingredients:
  • Ingredients
  • 32 oz. Water
  • 1/2 Lemon (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch CoQ10 Powder (Coenzyme Q-10)

Directions:
Mix the ingredients and drink

FPF Electrolytes Blend
Ingredients:
  • Ingredients
  • 33 oz. Water or Coconut Water
  • 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. calcium magnesium powder or crushed tablets
  • 1/4 cup of juice (lemon, lime, grape, apple, etc.)
  • 1 tsp. sweetener (raw honey or stevia)
