Protein Smoothie Recipes

Use these recipes as inspiration to create your own nutrient-dense juices and smoothies at home. Each blend is designed to fuel your body, support recovery, and fit seamlessly into a balanced, active lifestyle. Remember, this challenge isn’t about perfection—it’s about making consistent, informed choices that support your health, energy, and performance.

Berry Green Smoothie (Detox)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup mixed frozen berries, 1/4 avocado. 1 cup packed spinach, 1 scoop vege greens or spirulina, ¼ tsp turmeric, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.

Vanilla Green Protein Smoothie
1/3 banana, handful spinach leaves, 1 ½ cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 serving protein powder (vegan or whey), 1 scoop of veggie greens or spirulina, ¼ tsp cinnamon.

Chocolate Blueberry Glow
½ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1-2 cups spinach, ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ avocado, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (vegan or whey), 1 scoop veggies greens, ¼ tsp turmeric

​Berry Sprout Power Smoothie
1 cup water, 1 cup organic baby spinach, 1 cup of chopped kale, ½ banana, ¼ cup frozen blueberries, ¼ cup frozen blackberries, ½ cup sprouts, 3 ice cubes, vanilla protein (vegan), ¼ tsp turmeric - optional, ½ tsp cayenne pepper.

Blueberry Brain Booster 
½ unsweetened almond milk, ½ avocado, ½ banana, ½ cup blueberries, 5-6 walnuts, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

​Pumpkin & Kale Smoothie
½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 3 leaves kale, 1 TB flaxseed, ½ frozen banana, ¼ tsp. cinnamon, ½ cup pumpkin puree, 3 ice cubes, vanilla protein (vegan or whey)

Berry  Energizer Smoothie
1/3 can coconut milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 cup frozen berries, ½ tsp. cinnamon, raw honey to taste

Chocolate Avocado Bliss
½ cup frozen strawberries, ½ avocado, 1½ tsp cacao powder, ¾ cup coconut or almond milk, ¼ tsp vanilla, raw honey to taste
