The CrossFit Teen Workshop at Functional Performance Fitness (FPF) introduces teens to strength, conditioning, movement skills, and confidence-building habits in a safe and supportive environment.

Our program focuses on proper technique, teamwork, and self-belief — not intensity or competition.

Our certified coaches are experienced in youth athletic development. All movements are taught with proper scaling, demonstration, and supervision. The workshop is built around fun, teamwork, and confidence, not pushing limits.
