I have asked numerous times how to prepare kamut flakes for a hot cereal. This is one of my favorite hot cereal. It is very nutritious, high in fiber and protein. I would like to share this recipe with you.
1/2 Cup Organic Kamut Flakes
1 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup Milk
-Bring 1 cup of water to a boil
-Add 1/2 cup kamut flakes and turn heat down
-Cover and cook for 10 minutes
-Add milk and enjoy
