Functional Strength Circuit

This all-level strength training class focuses on a total body workout; you can progress or regress with every movement. This strength training interval class will give you a complete, full-body strength, conditioning, and flexibility.​​

Spin

Join us for an Indoor Spinning Class! This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

Zumba

This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance moves that will get you to work out, sweat and burn out tons of calories.  You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class.

Bootcamp

Push your personal limits of strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements patterns in the ultimate workout. The BOOTCAMP experience will motivate you to finish hard and strong.

Challenge yourself with aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance and fat burning exercises. You will experience short  bursts   of   intense   activity   followed    by   active

Work your core and cardiovascular system with various functional dynamic movements that combine full-body isolation exercises using various bodyweight exercises, elastic bands, and steppers.

Pilates is a holistic and dynamic exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness.

Our yoga classes explores breathing exercises, balance, strength, and flexibility. Unite breath with physical poses through a series of postures to gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture.
