Functional Strength CircuitThis all-level strength training class focuses on a total body workout; you can progress or regress with every movement. This strength training interval class will give you a complete, full-body strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

SpinJoin us for an Indoor Spinning Class! This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

ZumbaThis high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance moves that will get you to work out, sweat and burn out tons of calories. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class.
