Most of my life I have battled with my weight. My biggest issue was my diet. I would never look at the way I should be eating, but eat what I want, and not very healthy. I had my consultation with Natatia on my 49th birthday. I was at my heaviest weight of 320lbs and desperate for help to get myself in better shape before turning 50.

I was unable to do a lot of things with my family and I wanted to make sure I would be around for my children and future grandchildren. I started my journey the next day, and over the past 6 months, I have lost over 60lbs.

Thanks to Natatia guidance I am getting into the best shape of my life. This journey has not been an easy one and I have struggled many times along the way but Natatia is always there to support me, encourage me and cheer me on. She is teaching me the benefit of eating clean and getting regular exercise and I am feeling great! I am looking forward to seeing where I will be after the next six months. I thought today would be a perfect day to finally send off this message to you.

You see, it was exactly one year today, that I had my first training session with you! That makes a very significant milestone for me, as that day truly was the beginning of a new and wonderful season of my life (in fact, I firmly believe that it was the beginning of the rest, and best of my life - and that’s NOT an overstatement!), It’s true that the end of our three months session was certainly significant as well. Taking the measurements, and my weight and learning that we had achieved my goals for that period was awesome!

This anniversary seems even more exciting in a way though, as I have been able to move through a complete one year cycle of life (including some of the things that have been most challenging in the past as far as making healthy choices - the busy summer season, Easter and Halloween candy, Christmas - ugh! and even vocation times.) I am so pleased to let you know that, thanks to your teaching, encouragement, and your kind voice (which I - thankfully - cannot get out of my head...asking things like, “Do you NEED that?”, What have you done for cardio this week?”, How are you doing with your nutrition?” among other things....) I have been able to stay in this new, wonderful, healthy place where I am much more comfortable, confident, energetic, and just simply feel great!

As an added benefit which absolutely thrills me, this healthier lifestyle has overflowed to all 4 of our children who would often ask me, ‘Mom, is this a healthy choice?”, or “Can I go on a run with you Mom?”

There is no way to ever thank you enough. I shudder to think of where I would be right now if I haven't met you. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU so much for everything! With respect and my utmost gratitude.

 Natatia rocks!!!! I’ve been going to Natatia since April of this year; I have gone from couch potato to a person who actually enjoys my workout. 

 My goal was to get stronger so I can continue everyday tasks; every year I felt myself getting weaker. I’ve tried gyms before, and have lost interest, Not with Natatia, she is upbeat and loves what she does. She instills confidence in you that you can do it!

Natatia is a superb trainer and an inspiration by the way she looks and lives her life. She was able to assess what I hope to achieve, with what equipment and parameters I had in which to do so and helped me push myself to surpass the limits I had set for myself.

I admire Natatia sparkling personality and her positive ways. She is terrific at brainstorming and verbalizing what is working and what could be improved. When you get very good at a skill it sometimes becomes hard to explain to someone new to the idea. 
Natatia being the outstanding athlete that she is, is very much able to get her points across and continues with different methods of presenting an idea or exercise until someone like “me” can fully grasp it. I look forward to having Natatia train me on a more regular basis.

I was feeling down and unhappy with my body. I didn’t have the skills or motivation I needed to lose weight and eat properly. In the past 9 months, Natatia has developed 3 training programs for me and has given me the knowledge and motivation I needed to become fit, feel good about myself, and stick to a healthy nutritional program. I’ve lost 22 lbs, gained more strength and definition.

I had been going to a gym for years, and although the facility is well equipped with plenty of fitness classes, it was not what I needed to achieve my goals. Have a one-on-one trainer put all the emphasis on me, and the programs were personally developed for me which I feel made a big difference because everyone is different. After struggling with an injury, being inactive for over a year, and having tried every mainstream therapy available, I decided to take a charge and made the decision to sign up for personal training to help me work through my injury. Natatia was very understanding and motivating, pushing me to my limits all the while respecting my limitations. 

Her knowledge in the field of health and fitness far exceeded my expectations and she not only motivated me physically but also inspired me to make real changes in my life to support my goals. Natatia showed me that my diet was just as important, if not more so than my workouts. She showed me how my current diet lacked balance and that “healthy food” I was eating wasn’t as good for me as I first thought. Natatia was relentless in checking into my diet, making sure I stayed on track. She never judged or scolded me for my many “cheats” but instead gave me ideas of alternative choices for next time. I now have the tools to continue eating a balanced diet that will help me stay at my goal for years to come.

Our sessions forced me to create a routine and build my workouts into my lifestyle. On those days where I felt drained of energy and wanted nothing more than to head home after work, those sessions helped me to stick to my routine. Natatia gently pushed me through my workout and I left feeling amazed at the energy I found to complete the exercises. Because of her motivation and knowledge, I reached my goal and feel that I have in fact exceeded my goal. I have recommended Natatia to family and friends who have also seen similar results and will continue to recommend her to others looking to reach their goal. I look forward to working with Natatia again in the future.
