With all the great benefits of foam rolling you will love how your body feels at the end of each week. You can prevent and repair many health problems with foam rolling techniques. In this class, you will reduce lower back pain, knee pain, tightness in the hips, glutes, calves, neck and back. Foam rolling is a great technique to avoid or repair tennis elbows that are common in golfers.
