Children Kenisio Massage

Why is massage important for children?
Picture
Children Kenisio massage Massage has a positive effect on the growth and development of your child, calms and strengthens the nervous system, growth zones are stimulated, immunity is strengthened thanks to the improvement of blood circulation and lymph circulation. Thanks to massage and gymnastics, children up to 1 year old can be helped to cope with problems such as - hypertension;  - hypotonus; - dysplasia of the cultic joints; - thickening of the nodding muscle.  Children from 1 to 3 years old - scoliotic posture;
round back; - X- shaped legs;  O-shaped legs;  - varus or valgus deformation of the foot; - deformation of the chest.  This is precisely the age period when it is easiest to prevent or eliminate these problems.  Massage is very important for children during intensive growth, as the muscular system does not always keep up with the skeletal system, which can result in scoliotic posture or scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis. The skeletal system of children is formed by 12-14 years.  After this age, it is more difficult to deal with posture disorders. Important attention should be paid to teenagers, since hormonal changes in the body also affect posture.  There is such a concept as "hormonal scoliosis", it is dangerous because it can appear suddenly. Children with a genetic predisposition are at risk of bad posture.  It is important to pay attention to the position of children during sleep (especially infants) and when sitting.  We recommend following a healthy lifestyle and everything will be fine: proper nutrition, sports, massage, walks in the fresh air and more positive emotions.
