FPF Personal Training programs are specific to each individual.
Every program starts with a foundation phase, then progresses to a higher intensity program based on client’s needs and goals and are combined with nutritional guidance.
We offer three personal training options:

Dealing with to much weight? We will help you with an individual exercise program and nutrition plan.
When you deal with flat feet, forward shoulders, rounded upper back, under-active and overactive muscles. We can help.
Knee pain, hip pain, back pain due to muscle imbalance and dysfunction? We can help with that.
We will train with you to increase your performance and success in your favorite sport.
One on One Training
One on one personal training is very specific to the client's needs and goals. Get one hundred and ten percent from your trainer.
Partner training is fun and highly motivated. Partner up with a friend, your spouse or a family member.
Semi-private group training can be a group of three friends or family members.
