OnRamp Intro Pack


​Start your CrossFit journey by enrolling in our OnRamp CrossFit program. The OnRamp sessions will teach you the following:

  • CrossFit methodology and how it works
  • The skills and technique of the foundational movements (Squats, deadlifts, and presses)
  • A dive into CrossFit nutrition and why it is essential on your fitness journey.

We’ll give you a glimpse of our class structure and engage in exciting and challenging Workouts Of the Day (WODs). Each Introduction class features a specific skill focus for the day. Our coaches will teach you proper technique and form by offering demonstrations and skill practices. Their guidance will help you scale and progress with any movement.

Constantly Varied

FPF CrossFit incorporates well-known FPF workouts that we occasionally revisit to assess our fitness progress. However, the majority of the time, you can expect to encounter fresh daily workouts featuring a variety of movements, repetition patterns, weights, and time durations. While this doesn't imply randomness in the workout selection, CrossFit programming deliberately introduces diverse stimuli to ensure readiness for any physical challenge. Consequently, you'll always find the workouts engaging and never experience boredom.

Functional Movements


Have you ever lifted an object from the ground? Lowered yourself onto a chair and then risen back up? Put items on a high shelf? If you have, you have essentially engaged in deadlifts, squats, and shoulder presses. These movements are incorporated into CrossFit training due to their direct relevance to the physical actions required in daily life, regardless of whether we actively practice them. They are vital for maintaining autonomy. Additionally, when we utilize these movements to transport heavy loads across considerable distances at a rapid pace, we cultivate power, leading to the development of exceptional strength and body coordination.

High Intensity

Regardless of your fitness goals - be it improved well-being, appearance, sleep quality, or increased strength - intensity is the key to success. In CrossFit, we prioritize establishing consistent and proper movement patterns before gradually ramping up the intensity. However, it's important to note that intensity varies from person to person. It is a subjective measure, and the focus should be on working diligently within your own physical and psychological limits to achieve desired results. If you're pushing yourself significantly, chances are you're making strides towards enhanced fitness.
