​Welcome to Functional Performance Fitness, I am excited you are here. To assist you on your health and fitness journey I have put together a few articles where I break down how your food choices affect your wellbeing.

To properly understand how this works, you need to know the roles that macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates and fats - play in fat loss and muscle growth.
