​Welcome to Functional Performance Fitness, I am excited you are here. To assist you on your health and fitness journey I have put together a few articles where I break down how your food choices affect your wellbeing.

To get lean you have to know exactly what to eat, when to eat it and how much of it to eat. To properly understand how this works, you need to know the roles that macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates and fats - play in fat loss and muscle growth.
