As our Digital & Social Media Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with our Fitness Manager to organize, plan, and implement effective marketing strategies. Together, we'll increase revenue and propel our company to new heights. 💪

🔥 Here's what you'll be responsible for :

•  Assisting the FPF Manager with digital marketing efforts
•  Managing our CRM software like a pro
•  Rocking our social media platforms with engaging content and customer interactions
•  Keeping our website up-to-date and user-friendly
•  Maintaining a killer marketing schedule to promote FPF Services
•  Running reviews and referral campaigns like a champ
•  Monitoring and managing the FPF tailgate system with finesse
•  Communicating with our amazing members and providing exceptional customer service
•  Collaborating with our FPF Manager and Head Coach on community outreach initiatives and social media production
•  Working closely with our Administrative Assistant to coordinate daily customer service operations
•  Assisting the FPF Manager with newsletters that will blow our audience away

🏋️‍♀️ Membership Signups and More:

•  Guiding prospective customers through our facility during tours
•  Promoting our gym and fitness programs, products, and services
•  Assisting with gym membership sign-ups, starter packages, personal training consultations, and more
•  Supporting the team with any other duties and responsibilities as needed

🌟 Work Environment:

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for full-time employment and career growth
• On-site position (not remote)
•  Live training and team meetings

•  Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
•  Exceptional customer service skills to create outstanding experiences
•  Fitness instructor or personal trainer background is advantageous
•  A related degree or diploma is a bonus (but not required)
•  Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
•  Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Strong communication skills to engage effectively
•  CPR certification to prioritize safety
•  Willingness to adapt to the ever-changing and growing small business environment dedicated to changing lives
