The Office Administrative Assistant works closely with the Fitness Manager and the Front Desk Assistant to organize, plan and implement strategies to grow the company. The Office Administrative Assistant is also responsible for maintaining the overall accuracy of our customer accounts, responding to customer inquiries, posting/engaging with customers on social platforms, newsletters, website update, membership sales, and offering solutions to drive company revenue. Other customer service and administrative duties as required.
Job Responsibilities & Main Duties
Assists FPF Manager with newsletters and social media engagement
Run reviews and referral campaigns
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Communicate with members and evaluate their needs
Works closely with Administrative Assistant to coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Monitor and maintain retail and product inventory
Provide exceptional customer service
Assists Fitness Manager in hiring, training and onboarding team members
Assist in running team meetings
Collaborates with FPF Manager and Head Coach on community outreach initiatives and social media production
Works closely with Head Coach and Front desk Admin to ensure that onboarding member processes are fulfilled
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gym and fitness programs, products, and services and promote them to prospective customers.
Assist with gym membership sign-up, starter packages, personal training consultations, day and weekly passes, services and products.
Tour prospective clients around the facility
Other duties and responsibilities are based on needs.
In this position, you will be required to work approximately 20 - 30hr/week with the opportunity to grow into full time employment.

A fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is an advantage
A related degree or diploma is an asset but not required
Experienced computer skills
Proficiency with CRM software
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior human resource experience is an asset
Excellent communications skills
First Aid C and CPR certification
Have the ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
