  •  1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching to ensure your results reflect all the work you’re putting in at the studio. Without restrictive diets or strict eating regimes, take back control and make progress on your terms with our expert nutritionist, non-judgemental guidance.​
  • Your Transformation Roadmap- where you and your CrossFit Nutrition Coach will work together to break your long-term goals into step-by-step targets. Even in our CrossFit group coaching, we cater our approach to your nutrition needs on a 1-2-1 basis.​
  • Nutrition Coaching requirements:
    ☑ Member of FPF CrossFit
    ☑ 3-month minimum requirement
    ☑ Monthly measurements 
    ☑ Weekly check-in
  • Access to Functional Performance Fitness includes locker rooms, showers, saunas, and workout equipment you may not find in the CrossFit gym.
