  • Consultation -  The consultation is to understand you better, your goals, needs, and fitness objectives. We'll provide a comprehensive overview of our range of services, procedures and cost of training to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into the FPF CrossFit experience.

  • CrossFit OnRamp Intro Pack - Start your CrossFit journey by enrolling in our OnRamp CrossFit program. The OnRamp sessions will teach you the following: 
  • CrossFit methodology and how it works
  • The skills and technique of the foundational movements (Squats, deadlifts, and presses)
  • A dive into CrossFit nutrition and why it is essential on your fitness journey.
  • A glimpse of our class structure
  • Engage in exciting and challenging Workouts Of the Day (WODs)
  • Each Introduction class features a specific skill focus for the day. Our coaches will teach you proper technique and form by offering demonstrations and skill practices. Their guidance will help you scale and progress with any movement before joining the group class setting.

  • Nutrition Guidance: Ensure your results reflect all the work you’re putting in at every session. Without restrictive diets or strict eating regimes, take back control and make progress on your terms with our nutrition coach—non-judgemental guidance.​

  • Access to Functional Performance Fitness Amenities:   Gym, locker rooms, showers, saunas, and workout equipment you may not find in the CrossFit gym.​​​
