If you want to be challenged, motivated, or take your fitness to the next level, this high energy and fun group program is for you. Our TRX session is a total body workout that uses your own body weight with the TRX suspension trainer to create dynamic exercises for every muscle group. Resist gravity as you build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Our certified experience instructors will cue you into proper body position to progress or modify the workout to make it work for all fitness levels.

Add fabulous looking muscle tone using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, elastic bands and slam balls to target a wide range of muscle groups such as; back, chest, core, shoulders, arms, legs and glutes. This class will leave you feeling AMAZING, and always a great way to start the weekend.

An invigorating ALL LEVEL Hot Yoga explores breathe, balance, strength and flexibility through both flowing sequences and longer static postures. This class focuses on key alignment principles to help students develop a strong foundation from which to grow their practice. Perfect for those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis alike.
