Specialty Class Packages

Boost your fitness routine by adding a specialty class package to your workout routine.  Specialty class package is an unlimited 3-months progressive group class program, coached by our certified personal trainers. Exercises are modified to suit each individual's needs, imbalances and level of fitness.
We will teach you how to train properly using the right techniques and proper form.
​The class instructor​ will provide instruction on how to progress or regress with any movement, regardless of​ ​your ability. Our specialty packages are available online and in-studio.

Functional PT Group


Functional PT Group | Functional Performance Fitness | Smiths Falls
Increase your function, mobility, and flexibility for long term health with our fun & challenging small group personal training sessions, designed for the active members.
Each individual trains at their own level. You will receive the intimacy and expertise of working with a qualified personal trainer. We include exercises to every session to benefit each member's individual needs and goals whether you're just starting or you're an advanced group member. This program is dedicated to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. This class is offered twice per week.

HITT


FPF HITT | Functional Performance Fitness | Smiths Falls
Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) is a complete, full body strength, conditioning, and flexibility program where movements are customized to fit everyone's needs and goals. If you want to be challenged, motivated, or take your fitness to the next level, this high energy and fun group program is for you. You will receive the intimacy and expertise of working with a qualified personal trainer, as well as the motivation of a group.
This class is offered twice per week.

TRX


TRX | Functional Performance Fitness | Smiths Falls
Our TRX session is a total body workout that uses your own body weight with the TRX suspension trainer to create dynamic exercises for every muscle group. Resist gravity as you build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Our certified experience instructors will cue you into proper body position to progress or modify the workout to make it work for all fitness levels.

Physique


FPF Physique | Functional Performance Fitness | Smiths Falls
Add fabulous looking muscle tone using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, elastic bands and slam balls to target a wide range of muscle groups such as; back, chest, core, shoulders, arms, legs and glutes. This class will leave you feeling AMAZING, and always a great way to start the weekend.

Hot Yoga


Hot Yoga | Functional Performance Fitness | Smiths Falls
An invigorating ALL LEVEL Hot Yoga explores breathe, balance, strength and flexibility through both flowing sequences and longer static postures. This class focuses on key alignment principles to help students develop a strong foundation from which to grow their practice. Perfect for those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis alike.
