Fitness has always been a large passion and a portion of my life. I played as many sports asI could growing up,including up to Junior ‘A’ level of hockey. On my journey through hockey, I received my own personal training which spurred me on to pursue the career of training, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific coaching. Now, I enjoy lifting weights, long-distance running, and staying active playing recreational beach volleyball and baseball during the summer.
I attended Queen’s University to obtain a degree in Physical Health and Education to further my knowledge and help people achieve their own goals – another passion of mine. My goals as a trainer are to not only guide you to your aspirations, but also to build relationships, trust, and a solid foundation of fitness so you can continue a healthy lifestyle outside of training. I am able to create programs for clients at whatever point they are in their fitness journey and through motivation, hard work, and perseverance, we can help achieve your goals together.
