When I came to yoga in 2014 I had zero flexibility, a lot of physical weaknesses and assumptions of what yoga was. I didn’t know what to expect. In my wildest dreams, I wouldn’t have believed where the next few years of my journey would take me.
After lots of practice, accomplishments, challenges and change, I obtained my 200-hour certification and that is just the beginning!
After experimenting with different styles, I’ve found a blend of movement, breath and mindfulness that is obtainable, challenging and energizing.
