Natatia, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over two decades of experience, is dedicated to continuous education in exercise science, nutrition, and more to offer top-quality training. She's passionate about helping clients improve mobility, gain strength, boost confidence, and reduce stress through exercise and nutrition coaching.
Natatia's approach is personalized, recognizing that everyone's needs and preferences are unique. She emphasizes the importance of good nutrition as a foundation for well-being, aiming to guide her clients in eating better and exercising smarter.
Her expertise in corrective exercises and balanced nutrition stems from her own journey, which includes success in various fitness competitions across Canada. In 2004, she founded Natatia’s One On One Fitness, offering one-on-one and couples personal training, and later worked with Canada's largest fitness organization, Can-Fit-Pro.
In 2018, Natatia rebranded her fitness business as Functional Performance Fitness, expanding her team and services to include personal training, group classes (in-studio and virtual), and bodywork therapy. This 24-hour fitness club results from her dedication and support from her family, mentors, clients, and associates. Beyond her fitness pursuits, Natatia enjoys quality time with her family, travelling, and drawing inspiration from motivational podcasts and audiobooks.
