My fitness journey started at a young age. When I wasn't climbing hills or jumping over river rocks, you'd find me sitting on a mango tree. I enjoy and appreciate nature, family time and "me" time, and listening to audiobooks during my workouts. It's what keeps me motivated and always wanting to do better.

Movement and nutrition are medicine; the feeling I get after a healthy meal or when I finish a workout is why I love helping others. I understand the benefits of exercise and clean eating, making it relatively easy to talk with my clients.
