Renée was born in Ontario growing up in a military family and lived in several cities across Canada, primarily in Alberta and Ontario. After graduating high school from Regiopolis Notre Dame as the class valedictorian in Kingston, she attended the University of Windsor to study languages, majoring in French and minoring in Spanish. She then travelled throughout South America before attending Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario. There she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and graduated with honours following a condensed 3-year program.
An opportunity came about to move to Montreal while she worked on her acupuncture license application, and decided to work full time for a company based out of Smiths Falls. Renée moved back to the Smiths Falls area in 2022 to pursue her acupuncture career. She loves her cat Fiona, spending time with her family and friends, kayaking, camping, and enjoying the simplicity and peacefulness of the outdoors.
You'll likely see her participating in a spin class or other group fitness classes at Functional Performance Fitness! She's delighted to join the FPF team and grateful for the opportunity to help the Smiths Falls community reach their health and well-being goals.
