Growing up, I played many sports and had a keen interest in physical health. The first time I really started to make lifestyle change was after I took a Fit for Life course at school. This sparked my passion for working out! From there, I joined a fitness club and made many connections that allowed me to grow and form friendships with like minded people. Their support and encouragement is what helped me to want to help others. From there, I took my training to the next level!
As a personal trainer, I am driven by personal growth, breaking down barriers, and goal setting to achieve amazing results. My dream is to motivate, educate and positively change lives through fitness. I believe that if you strongly visualize your destination, you will be able to achieve your end result - whatever it may be. That being said, I am able to design a progressive program that starts off with a good foundation, giving you the essentials you need to start building towards your health and fitness goals.
I strongly believe that with a well balanced lifestyle, you will be able to achieve all your goals. I enjoy training clients one-on-one, couples, as well as in small group settings. Through this, I have gained experience working with a wide range of clients with different needs and goals. I look forward to being a part of the FPF Team and helping as many people as I can on their fitness journey.
