Each participant will receive a FREE T-shirt and FPF Teen Gym Membership for the length of the program. It will also include a group orientation before the start of the program, which will provide participants with an opportunity to learn from one of our qualified and motivated trainers.

Past Teen Fitness Program
The program began this past April with a group of female students from SFDCI & it was a terrific success!

Fitness has been proven to help fight back against anxiety, depression and stress. The current school research, for our town, is showing an increase in all three of those problems, almost double the national average in some cases.
This program has been designed to be fun, increase confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, social skills, team building, and educate the students about training and a healthy lifestyle. It is a safe community for students to learn new ways to deal with the hard things in their life and create new friendships. How many students were doing any fitness before the class? 90% said no. But when asked at the end of the program how many of them want to make regular fitness a part of their life moving forward -- all of them said yes and are acting on that commitment.
Do you feel anxious, depressed or stressed at school? 80% said yes. (some students feeling overwhelmed and anxious every single day, all day)
Did fitness help with your stress? 100% all strongly agreed, and they would recommend this type of class to other students especially those struggling with anxiety and depression.
How many hours a day do you spend on social media? An average of 4 hours/day. (some up to 8 hours/day)
Did this class feel safe for you? Did it give you a feeling of belonging? 100% said it did, and they felt a sense of belonging.
