At Functional Performance Fitness our gym has 24 hour key fob access for all membership levels. 

This service allows our gym membership holders to workout when it is most convenient for them and their schedules.

Stream your favourite workout playlist, podcast or audio book during your workouts without worrying about going over your monthly data. 
Dry Sauna
In addition to helping with blood circulation, sitting in the sauna after a workout helps your body relax. It is a great benefit to athletes who want to build strength and power.

Personal Training Starter Package
Are you new to the gym and not sure where to start? Do you want to learn how to properly and safely use the equipment? Our Starter Package is perfect for those looking for short-term personal training to help you get familiar with the gym. This is a 5-class package that provides a full orientation to our facility and the equipment (resistance and cardio machines). Each 1 hr session with with a personal trainer will provide the foundation for your fitness routine and set you up for success!

Specialty Fitness Programs
This package includes three months of small group personal training classes that are highly motivated and to keep you on track with your fitness goals. 

A fitness assessment is required prior to starting the first scheduled class.

This package is included in our Gold memberships and can also be purchased separately for all other members.

​Virtual Training Programs
The last few years have forced many of us to re-think how we approach our fitness goals. To help keep our members moving towards their functional fitness lifestyles, we have implemented virtual training programs that members can attend from anywhere. 
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga improves your breathing, strengthens the heart and lungs, increases your focus and helps relax the mind. 

Hot yoga is included in Gold Platinum memberships and is available for purchase separately.

Yoga Classes
Reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility. 

Yoga is included in our Silver, Gold and Platinum gym memberships. Also available within our class and yoga passes. 
Childminding Services
Childminding is included in most of our memberships options and can also be purchased separately.

If you have a current Silver, Gold or Platinum gym membership and you are a parent or a grandparent of the child attending Functional Beginnings room, childminding is included in your membership. 

​Scheduled activities are planned each week to keep your child active. 
Towel Service 
Towel service is only included with the Gold and Platinum memberships. 

This service can also be purchased separately for all other members.
Healthy Gym Snacks
Had a great workout and not sure what to eat? 

Grab one of our clean eating, high protein bars and a beverage for a quick on-the-go snack. 
Health Supplements
We carry a selection of all-natural health supplements to help fuel you before, during and after your workouts.
