Our yoga classes explores breathing exercises, balance, strength and flexibility. Unite breath with physical poses through a series of postures to gain improved flexibility, balance strength and posture. Yoga is for all bodies, any levels and all fitness backgrounds. Classes range in style, face and sequencing based on instructors personal teaching method. Try them all. Please be mindful and arrive on time.

Physically challenge yourself with aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance and fat burning exercises such as slam balls, battle rope, bosu ball shuffles, skater plyos, burpees, Jump squats, pushups, Steps and high knees. You will experience short bursts of intense activity followed by active recovery. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, shown to benefit the average exerciser and increase metabolism making it an extremely effective and efficient workout.

Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
Functional Seniors
Experience fun, functional cardio, weight training, with the essentials of balance and stretching. Work at your own pace and challenge yourself no matter what your age.

Active Seniors
This class features a warm-up, fun and engaging low-impact cardio and cool-down. Then we move into strengthening exercises with dumbbells, bars, balls, all incorporating balance and flexibility and finishing with stretches. Together we will increase mobility, improve balance, strengthen
and tone muscles and have fun! Senior Aerobics
Our Senior Aerobics class combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. This is a fun workout that improves all elements of fitness, including flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This is an hour of fun and fitness that will keep you energized!
