This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance moves that will get you to work out, sweat and burn out tons of calories. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. This class emphasizes moving to the music and having a good time while you melt fat, strengthen your core, and improve flexibility. No rhythm is required.

Tabata is a form of interval training designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time. When you train Tabata-style, you will: burn more calories, boost your metabolism all day long and get more done in less time. The structure of the Tabata style training will push you to your ultimate best in 20 seconds with rest intervals for 10 secs completing eight rounds of each exercise.
You will feel great and "worked out" after each session. It is a great option for flexible schedules, stay-at-home moms, shift workers and active seniors.* |

FPF AerobicsOur Aerobics class designed for our active seniors combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with bodyweight movements. This is a fun workout for all fitness levels. This hour of fun exercise class will improve all elements of fitness, including flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

Functional StrengthThis class features a warm-up, fun and engaging low-impact cardio and cool-down.
