Functional Performance Fitness classes are included in most gym memberships. Join the FPF community and stay motivated  through our high energy, fun, fitness classes... and make some great friends while you're at it.

Spinning

Join us for an Indoor Spinning Class! This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

Yoga

Our yoga classes explores breathing exercises, balance, strength and flexibility. Unite breath with physical poses through a series of postures to gain improved flexibility, balance strength and posture. Yoga is for all bodies, any levels and all fitness backgrounds. Classes range in style, face and sequencing based on instructors personal teaching method. Try them all. Please be mindful and arrive on time. ​​

Zumba (Special Edition)

This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance moves that will get you to work out, sweat and burn out tons of calories.  You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. This class emphasizes moving to the music and having a good time while you melt fat, strengthen your core, and improve flexibility. No rhythm is required.

BootCamp


Picture
Push your personal limits of strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements patterns in the ultimate workout. Circuit training and interval drills will drive your cardio endurance while keeping your muscles loaded for strength training. The BOOTCAMP experience will motivate you to finish hard and strong no matter your level of fitness.

Tabata

Tabata is a form of interval training designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time. When you train Tabata-style, you will: burn more calories, boost your metabolism all day long and get more done in less time. The structure of the Tabata style training will push you to your ultimate best in 20 seconds with rest intervals for 10 secs completing eight rounds of each exercise.
You will feel great and "worked out" after each session. It is a great option for flexible schedules, stay-at-home moms, shift workers and active seniors.*

Cardio Fit

Challenge yourself with aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance and fat burning exercises. You will experience short bursts of intense activity followed by active recovery. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, shown to benefit the average exerciser and increase metabolism making it an extremely effective and efficient workout.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

​FPF Aerobics

Our Aerobics class designed for our active seniors combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with bodyweight movements. This is a fun workout for all fitness levels. This hour of fun exercise class will improve all elements of fitness, including flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

Functional Strength

This class features a warm-up, fun and engaging low-impact cardio and cool-down. Then we move into strengthening exercises with dumbbells, bars, med-balls, TRX, all incorporating balance and flexibility and finishing with stretches. Together we will increase mobility, improve balance, strengthen
and tone muscles while having fun!
