3-Ingredient Tuna-Avocado Wrap
’ve got a FAST & easy lunch recipe that you don’t even need a fridge to keep the food cool! It contains just 3 ingredients: a pouch of tuna, some avocado, and a whole-grain wrap. You obviously could add more ingredients if you have them: sliced tomatoes, butter lettuce leaves, or anything else that strikes your fancy. But it’s tasty just the way it is and the avocado adds a great creamy texture.
Drain the tuna and spread it over the wrap. Mash the avocado and spoon it over the tuna, and wrap it up. Voila! It’s time to eat.
