Vitamin A helps strengthen the body's immune system as well as assisting in maintaining healthy teeth, skeletal and soft tissue, skin and mucous membranes. It can be found in such foods as cantaloupe, broccoli, spinach, and carrots. When planning your meals for this week, keep that in mind.
